All data are stored online and the business owner may reach it under almost any circumstances using a computer, cellphone or tablet. On a user-friendly dashboard they can clearly see what’s currently happening in the enterprise, supervise the stock or export any accounting materials and closures.
The system’s principle is simple. The personnel types all the orders and transactions into a tablet. This data is sent to a seperate server afterwards. Next, the system generates a receipt so the restaurant has an evidence of a sale. All the data remains preserved online so the principle is identical to the proposed ERS law.
If the proposed law passes, we’re ready to link the finance office to our server in a matter of hours, says Storyous’ co-founder David Menger. The transition to our POS is also quick as all the techniques are quite intuitive.

Storyous is also about to feature cellphone payments, loyalty programs and online reservations. Its app gives the user not only the information about opening hours and contacts but it also shows the daily menu or guests’ ratings of each restaurant and café.
